What are loyalty points?

Loyalty points are our way of showing appreciation for our customers. Anytime you make a purchase form Supplements for Work, you earn loyalty points. The more you spend, the more points you earn. Points can be used to make a purchase once you earn enough.

Every purchase you make will earn the dollar equivalent in loyalty points.

For example, if you buy $100 worth of product, you will earn 100 points. If you wanted to pay for that same $100 purchase using your loyalty points, you would need 1000 points. Shipping costs will not accrue points. Using the same example, if your $100 order has an extra $20 for shipping, you will still only receive 100 points.

Please Note: Loyalty points will not be accrued until your order has been marked as “Completed” in our system. This will occur a few hours after your shipping label has been printed.

How do I check how many loyalty points I have?

On the Cart page, right above where it says “Proceed to checkout”, you’ll see the number of points you currently have and how many points you need to purchase the items currently in your shopping cart.

Please Note: You must be logged in to see your loyalty points!

The Cart page displays the total points it costs to purchase your current cart items, as well as the total points that you have accrued.

How do I use loyalty points to pay for my order?

After you have selected the products you would like to purchase, navigate to the Checkout page. You’ll see your number of points displayed under “total”. If you have enough points to purchase the items currently in your shopping cart, a “Pay with Points” option will be available at checkout.

Please Note: This option will only appear if you have enough points to purchase the items in your shopping cart.
