How do I get a refund?

We offer full refunds for unopened packages only. If you received your package and changed your mind, simply mail it back for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to purchase the order and can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank. We do not accept returns of any opened packages under any circumstance in order to ensure the safety of our customers.

How do I exchange an incorrectly labelled product?

In very rare situations, you may receive an incorrectly labelled product. In this situation, use our contact form to inform us of the issue. We will send you a free shipping label that you can use to send the product back. Upon receiving the incorrect product, we will send out the correct product in the mail.

Please Note: we will want a photo of the sticker on the pouch showing the lot number, along with a photo of the shipping insert that came with your order.
