What time is same-day shipping cutoff?

12 PM PST or 3 PM EST. If you place your order after this time, there is no guarantee that your order will ship out the same day.

What days do you ship?

Monday through Friday.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Our only weekend delivery service is through the USPS. And only on Saturdays. FedEx will not deliver on the weekend.

How long will delivery take (US Domestic)?

  • First-Class Mail®: Two to seven days, sometimes longer.
  • USPS Priority Mail®: Two to five days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express™: One to three days.
  • FedEx 2Day: Two days.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (M-TH): One day.

How do I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

You can change the address, redirect the shipping, or put a stop on any order that hasn’t been delivered or is already with the delivery driver.

Absolutely. We ship to most place with the exception of Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Cambodia, Congo, Cuba, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

How do I get international deliveries through customs in the European Union (EU)?

Certain countries, like Belgium, Germany, and Italy, have very strict customs and may seize nootropics shipments. Customers in these countries often use a reshipper to forward their nootropics from inside of the EU. This increases the likelihood that their packages will make it through customs.

Why does my package show as delivered by the carrier when I have not received it?

It is possible that the carrier lost your package, delivered it to the wrong address, or it was stolen. In this situation, you will need to open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once you initiate the lost/stolen package claim, we will assist you to the best of our ability in tracking down your order.
