What time is same-day shipping cutoff?

9:45AM PST or 12:45PM EST. If you place your order after this time, there is no guarantee that your order will ship out the same day.

What days do you ship?

Monday through Friday.

Why was my shipping changed from FedEx Overnight to USPS?

There are only two reasons we would ever change your shipping method:

  • The FedEx shipping algorithm determined that it could not guarantee overnight delivery. This happens when your address is located too far from the warehouse or located in the wrong shipping zone.
  • You ordered after the same-day cut off on Friday, or you ordered on a Saturday. Because our contract with FedEx does not currently allow for weekend delivery, we will change the shipping method to USPS in order to get your order out faster.

How do I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

You can change the address, redirect the shipping, or put a stop on any order that hasn’t been delivered or is already with the delivery driver

Do I need to sign for my package?

No.

Do you accept Cash On Demand (COD)?

No.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely.

Why does my package show as delivered by the carrier when I have not received it?

It is possible that the carrier lost your package, delivered it to the wrong address, or it was stolen. In this situation, you will need to open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once you initiate the lost/stolen package claim, we will assist you to the best of our ability in tracking down your order.
